Cancellations To better serve our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments or there is
a 100% charge per service.
We will confirm
all appointments 24 hours in advance, either by phone or email.
Any appointment made with a gift card and you no
call or no show after your confirmation we charge half the value of the gift card. Please note that your session was schedule
and prep just for you. Thanks.
