Cancellations To better serve our clients, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments or there is a 50% charge per service. We will confirm all appointments within 24 hours, either by phone or email. Any appointment made with gift cards and you no call or no show after confirmation, you will be charged 50% of that gift card. A credit card is required in order to book any appointment, this is for the reservation of your session. No charges will be applied to your card, once you come in you may pay how you perfer.
